SHIPPING POLICY

Buyer Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs cover the expense of getting your item from us to you. These costs will be included in the price breakdown at the time you place your purchase. Rates are based on the average size and weight of a shoe box. Some larger and heavier items will incur additional shipping costs.
Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx, depending on your location.
As a Buyer, you agree to pay any local, state, federal, or international taxes (including sales taxes) that may be due for your purchase transaction.
We currently do not offer prepaid duties and taxes, so please note that your orders could incur customs charges.
If the fees are applicable, they are not included in the transaction made, and the person receiving the parcel will be billed directly by the courier in the designated country.

Sales Taxes:
We ship to most destinations on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means the on-site prices exclude all taxes and duties, and customers will be responsible for those charges.
We will collect sales or use tax (collectively "Sales Tax") and Value-Added Tax ("VAT") on purchases of taxable items from buyers located in certain jurisdictions where we have determined that we have a legal obligation to collect taxes for such purchases for some countries. In these jurisdictions, we will remit the tax collected from buyers to the appropriate taxing authority. In jurisdictions where we do not collect taxes, applicable tax laws may require sellers or buyers to collect, remit, or pay taxes to the appropriate taxing authority.
Sales Tax and VAT will apply based on a buyer's shipping address rather than a buyer's billing address. These taxes apply to all purchases of taxable items for applicable jurisdictions, even for current offers completed later.
Applicable tax rates may vary by jurisdiction. For Sales Tax purposes, some states may include shipping fees in the calculation of Sales Tax, while others may exclude shipping fees.
United States:
We collect sales tax on sales of taxable items shipped to applicable states affected by the Supreme Court decision. We will continue to monitor additional states that may require sales tax collection.
Sales tax will apply based on a buyer's shipping address rather than a buyer's billing address. Sales tax will apply to all purchases of taxable items for applicable states, even for current offers completed later.
Processing time:
Tracking numbers are usually provided within 48 hours through our 3rd party Shopify logistics partner.
Additional Information:
- Please note that we accept PO box addresses in the United States only, and the processing time will take longer than usual.
- We're unable to change the shipping address after the order was placed.
- We do not provide a Cash on Delivery service.
- Shipping is non-refundable for all forms of delivery failure. If your order cannot be delivered, it may be discarded by the local customs or returned to us.

Surcharges will be applied, and in case the shipment is returned to Tribute Kicks, we'll issue a refund according to our return policy minus all the return surcharges, tax, and duties incurred.
Shipping Fee and Delivery Time:
We ship most of the orders on a DDU basis (except Mexico, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates); tax and duties are not included.
